Club trip to Matlock
We had fun paddling the Derwent near Matlock last weekend. Lots of opportunity for members to learn or practice moving water skills …… and we only had 4 swims. Thanks to Mas, Mark, Ninian and Lance for leading various sections of the river.

Saturday 18th March:
Some of the saturday afternoon crew supported Catherine-de- Barnes village’s litter clean up by litter picking a stretch of the canal. We fished out some rather large flower pots and a mop bucket as well as the usual multitude of plastic and glass bottles. Another litter pick is scheduled for June to coincide with BC’s…
